Paradigm Education Solutions Honored for Contributions to Pharmacy Technician Education

ST. PAUL, Minn. (July 22, 2015) – Paradigm Education Solutions was recently recognized for its contributions to enhancing pharmacy technician education in the United States. At the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council (PTEC) Conference in New Orleans this month, Paradigm’s managing editor Brenda Palo received the 2015 PTEC Associate Member Award.

During the conference, PTEC’s executive director, Janet McGregor Liles, lauded Paradigm’s efforts to support the work of PTEC and advance the quality of learning solutions in pharmacy technician education. Liles praised Paradigm for working above and beyond other PTEC vendors to play a more significant role in the PTEC community.

Paradigm’s Pharmacy Technician Series is the nation’s leading pharmacy technician courseware for community colleges and career schools. While presenting the award, Liles highlighted how pharmacy technician educators extensively use this series and how Paradigm has taken extra measures to garner feedback and direction from educators and students when developing its textbooks, software and instructor ancillaries.

Paradigm’s vice president, Linda Hein, said, “I am pleased to congratulate our entire health careers team on this tremendous honor. PTEC’s recognition of our passion and contributions to the field truly validate the time and effort we’ve dedicated to participating in the PTEC community. Our staff and authors regularly collaborate with educators, strive to understand the evolving needs of students, and are esteemed influencers in the market for health careers education.”
